Duties of the head of the department "Formation of a portfolio of orders, assignment to work and monitoring of graduates"

General management of all activities and personnel of the department;
Development of department work plans and ensuring their implementation;
Coordination of the activities of responsible units in an educational institution based on the purpose of the department;
Monitoring, ensuring and controlling the execution in the department of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Education, Presidential Decrees, Orders, Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, decisions of the Board of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, orders, modemograms and telephone messages of the relevant organizations, as well as orders of the rector;
Inform students about the content of Decrees and Resolutions adopted by the President and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
Conclusion and implementation of agreements on mutually beneficial cooperation between the educational institution and the enterprise, organization, private enterprise and firm in the areas;
Carries out direct management of the department, organizes the work of the economist, inspectors and engineers of the department, is responsible for the implementation of tasks assigned to the department in accordance with the charter of the department;
In order to distribute graduates of "bachelor's and master's degrees" in accordance with the rules and within the established timeframe, allocates graduates on the basis of a state grant from the institute and a payment agreement. Provides the invitation of the heads and deputies of the organization during the distribution;
Creation of a commission for the distribution of graduates, the development of plans for hiring graduates (initial definition) in accordance with the real needs of employers, enterprises and organizations and the final distribution, based on the results of which the personal accounts of graduates are created and summarized.
Obtaining information from enterprises, organizations and institutions assigned to graduates for work on existing working conditions and monthly wages;
Apply to the commission of a higher education institution to consider and make decisions on the applications of young specialists appointed by the distribution commission for redistribution or, if necessary, for the process of self-employment;

Supervision of the formation of a portfolio of orders within 10 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, return of graduates to the employment department and monitoring in accordance with Appendix 3 to the Regulation on the procedure for targeted training based on state grants;
From September each year, preparation of information on the recruitment of bachelors and masters of the institute on the basis of state grants and paid contracts in industries and sectors of the economy;
Based on the analysis of the results of monitoring employment, determine the list of unemployed graduates and develop and implement measures for their employment in each sector of graduates in cooperation with local authorities, employment promotion centers;
Registration of documents for students studying on a contract basis in the prescribed manner;
Must know:
Laws related to the activities of the department, Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers, Decisions of the Board of the Ministry, orders, essence, execution and professional concepts of orders of the rector of the institute, etc.
Qualification requirements:
Professional and organizational skills required for a managerial position at a university, managerial experience and experience in the field of education, relevant knowledge and skills within the framework of activities and competencies;
Exemplary personal qualities - intelligence, culture, leadership, creativity, politeness, organization, initiative and entrepreneurial ability, a sense of responsibility, independence in decision-making and action, persistence, ensuring the achievement of the strategic goals of the institution;
